The Vivo S1 is an older 4G smartphone with a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio P65 processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, a 4,500mAh battery, and a 32MP selfie camera. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Latest Update
Vivo Pakistan’s current product page no longer lists the Vivo S1 among its active smartphone lineup. However, Vivo’s Pakistan support website still includes the S1 in its system-update model list.
This means buyers should be careful when checking current stock. The Rs. 35,999 figure is a listed reference price, but actual availability and seller pricing can vary because the phone is an older model.

Display and Design
The Vivo S1 has a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels. AMOLED technology allows each pixel to produce its own light, which helps provide deeper blacks and strong contrast.
The phone measures approximately 159.5 × 75.2 × 8.1mm and weighs around 179 grams. It was offered in colors including Skyline Blue and Diamond Black in Pakistan.
Performance and Storage
The Vivo S1 uses the MediaTek Helio P65 chipset. It has two Cortex-A75 cores running at up to 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 1.7GHz.
The Pakistan 4GB model comes with 128GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot is also available for additional storage.
For basic tasks such as messaging, social media, web browsing, video streaming, and everyday applications, the hardware remains usable. However, buyers should remember that the S1 is a 2019 smartphone.
Vivo S1 Camera Features
The Vivo S1 has a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 16MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 2MP depth sensor. The ultra-wide camera provides a wider field of view for landscapes and group photographs.
For selfies, the phone features a 32MP front camera. Vivo highlighted the selfie camera as one of the phone’s main features when it launched in Pakistan.
Battery and Charging
The Vivo S1 comes with a 4,500mAh battery. It supports Vivo’s 18W Dual-Engine Fast Charging technology.
The battery capacity is suitable for typical daily activities such as calls, messaging, browsing, and video playback. Actual battery life depends on network conditions, screen brightness, applications, and usage.
Software and Connectivity
The Vivo S1 originally launched with Android and Funtouch OS 9. Vivo Pakistan’s support website continues to list the S1 as a supported model for system-update information.
The phone supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, dual SIM functionality, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It uses a Micro USB 2.0 connection rather than the USB-C port found on many newer smartphones.
Pakistan Availability, PTA and Warranty
Vivo officially launched the S1 in Pakistan and stated that the phone was PTA approved at launch. The company also offered a one-year official warranty for the phone and six months of warranty coverage for accessories.
Because the S1 is an older device and does not appear in Vivo Pakistan’s current product lineup, buyers should verify the condition and warranty of any available unit.
For a used or imported phone, check the device’s IMEI and PTA status before making a payment. Do not rely only on a seller’s verbal claim about approval.
Should You Buy the Vivo S1?
The Vivo S1 still has some notable hardware features. Its Super AMOLED display, 32MP selfie camera, 4,500mAh battery, in-display fingerprint scanner, and 128GB storage are useful for everyday smartphone use.
However, its age is an important consideration. The phone uses an older processor, 4G connectivity, and a Micro USB port. At a price close to Rs. 36,000, buyers should compare it with newer smartphones before deciding.
