Display and Design
The Infinix Note 7 comes with a 6.95-inch IPS LCD display. Its large screen makes it suitable for watching videos, browsing websites, using social media, and other everyday activities.
The display has a 720 × 1640-pixel resolution. While this was reasonable for its price category at launch, newer budget phones can offer sharper screens.
The phone weighs around 206 grams. It was available in colors including Forest Green, Aether Black, and Bolivia Blue.
Performance and Storage
The phone uses the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset. It was designed for everyday performance and light to moderate gaming.
RAM options include 4GB and 6GB. Storage options include 64GB and 128GB, with support for expandable storage through a microSD card.
For basic tasks such as WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, web browsing, and calls, the hardware can still be useful. However, buyers should remember that the phone is several years old.
Camera Features
The Infinix Note 7 has a 48MP quad-camera setup on the back. The camera system is supported by additional sensors for different photography functions.
A 16MP front camera is available for selfies and video calls.
The camera can produce reasonable results in good lighting. However, newer smartphones generally offer better image processing, night photography, and video performance.
Battery and Charging
The Infinix Note 7 has a large 5,000mAh battery. It also supports 18W wired charging.
The battery capacity remains one of the phone’s useful features. However, battery health is particularly important when buying this model used.
A heavily used device may have lower battery capacity than it had when it was new.
Software and Connectivity
The Infinix Note 7 originally launched with Android 10 and XOS 6.0.
It supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and dual-SIM connectivity. The phone uses a microUSB charging port instead of the USB-C port found on most newer smartphones.
This older software and connectivity setup is one of the main areas where the Note 7 falls behind modern budget phones.
Infinix Note 7 Availability in Pakistan
The Infinix Note 7 is no longer a current retail model. It has been discontinued, so finding a sealed and officially warranted unit can be difficult.
Used units may still appear in local mobile markets and online marketplaces. Prices can differ from one seller to another.
Before buying a used device, check:
- PTA approval and IMEI status
- Battery health
- Screen condition
- Camera performance
- Charging port
- Speaker and microphone
- Fingerprint sensor
- SIM and network connectivity
- Original accessories, if available
Is the Infinix Note 7 Worth Buying in 2026?
The Infinix Note 7 can still be useful for basic smartphone tasks if you find a well-maintained unit at a low price.
Its large display, 5,000mAh battery, 48MP camera, and Helio G70 processor were respectable features when the phone launched.
However, it is difficult to recommend the Note 7 over newer phones if your budget allows for a modern alternative. Its older Android version, microUSB port, discontinued status, and aging hardware are important disadvantages.
For a used purchase, the condition of the specific handset matters more than the original launch specifications.
